Domino's Pizza | Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We went to this shop on last Sunday during the lunch time and the moment we went in no one was there in counter to take order.

I waited in the seats and I was talking with my daughter and asking her what she is going to eat and she is just 3 years kid.

I was waited for ten minutes in seat and went to counter and along with me 4 to 5 people are standing and no one cares it from shop.

Actually I was very hungry and my daughter also was hungry and I voluntarily called the staffs and no answer and finally one guy can and telling that it will take time sir many orders are there😡

I was totally disappointed and got angry and I requested him to close the gate mentioning shop is closed.

When customers are walking in you don’t have time to ask want order they are looking and at least take order make then to seated in shop and inform them about waiting time and place the order.

When you are not even ready to take orders why the staffs are working in the shop for servicing the customers better you can deal everything with online orders and food delivery apps.

Best remedy is better close the outlet.

No AC was turned on and tables were not clean. Very very Pathetic and...

We had ordered frm their irctc delivery facility.. Delivery boy was clearly lyieng to me that I was not on my seat instead dey were late nd my train had already left d platform.. I was able to see him through my window while I was talking to him on phn. First he told he is in sum other coach den he told I m not dere on my seat.. please train ur employees to accept their mistakes..in case if he would have told the truth dat he was not able to reach I cud have tried to take it positively.. but in dis case it just aggravated the situation as I was completely dependent on you fr my meal and was nt left wid by other option at 10pm in train. If u r initiating a new kind of service u need to be more prepared n sincere as it will adversely affect even the business which u were doing well..really bad.. I don't knw which outlet was alloted for my delivery.. since I found this outlet nearest to the railway station..I m reviewing over here..hope my message reaches at the...

1st june 2023 Yesterday order pizza in domino's order product stock wad over so they put other topic inge they delivered wrong product I contacted store they mentioned they will resent the pizzas but they forgot the delivered I call them 11.45 they mentioned tomorrow will provide the pizzas,I call they today at 9.30 but they mentioned before 10.30 will provide but today also they forgot to deliver finally I call them they mentioned that customer need to alarm ⏰️ them to provide the pizzas spoke to Mr saravanan manager vry worst service no one care from customer consent kindly please don't visit domino's Ramanathapuram branch they will not service properly staff not educated how to behave to customers already I complained in there portal but no one contacted us for query simply worst service vry worst Kindly on one recommended the Ramanathapuram...
