Domino's Pizza - Vellore North — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I hate the fact that I'm having to write this about Domino's but I'm probably not placing an order from this branch ever again. So here's the incident: We placed an order at 9:06 pm last night via Swiggy. While we checked around 9:25 pm (approx) it said "Order being prepared (2 mins)", 20 mins later it still displayed the same. So, we checked via Domino's app using our order number as reference, it said "being baked". So we reached out for support via Domino's, but apparently that number doesn't exist. We did the same via Swiggy, it threw a different number which was out of service. So, we finally decided to drop in at the restaurant ourselves to find that the place was absolutely empty with no customers. So, why did it take so long?! When asked about our order, he just immediately pulled out our packed order. This implies, our order was ready a long while ago doesn't it? They just did not have anybody to deliver, which they could've cared to inform but, the person at the counter said,"We had some issue with our oven" which to me, felt like a lame excuse. So, the pizza's cold and the garlic bread we ordered had paneer instead of chicken. I mean, how much more could you go wrong?! Now, it's 8:30 in the morning and Swiggy still shows "Order being prepared(2 mins)". I mean, if you cannot deliver, just say so. You do have access to our contact number, why not call or send a message?! Or just say you're currently not accepting orders in the platform(Swiggy) and disable your restaurant for the night? Firstly, add a contact number for the branch that actually exists/works! I wish I had the option to select 0 stars for the kind of service we received. Dear Domino's, please be a little more...

To the people who dont want to dine in but want to have a yummy and tummy full pizza that too u can order and get delivered it on the way u travel and where ever u want this dominos branch will be the good choice

As I did ordered on my way(near vellore ) and I recieved it within 20 mins on my way and exactly where I wanted it(GRT REGENCY SAMEERA near green circle ) that i didnt expect and so come the taste that was yummy becz the toppings cheese fillings and everything was bomb even my 18 months old loved the garlic bread

I would definitely order again once I travel a long distance but dont want to dine in but want to have a yummy tummy full food

And 👇and u will end up with having it for second serve from the regular one u ordered it was that much fully loaded

And they gave me a good telephone service since I order and recieved it...
