FB CAKES — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have ordered Many cakes from fb cakes( nothing big happened ) but this time they messed up( vadavalli branch ) (with things when I received the cake it was fully smugged (cake text ) was missing and unreadable the next moment I called the delivery partner he did not pick up the call so later I called the manager and he told him about the issue he said you adjust with the cake I can't help you at this time I'll provide a half refund in the morning ( but when I called him the next day he was like I did not say anything about refund also he spoke In a very bad way ) which is not acceptable he said you are damaging the cake on ur own and asking refund ! seriously will someone waste their own money and ruin special occasion ( I know the mistake is on delivery partner he messed up riding in a harsh way and damaged the cake that is the reason he did not pick the call ) guys try cake bee or other outlets fb cake is getting worse day by day because recently my frnd was also scammed by giving old...

Ordered another black forest 1.+0.5 kg the experience was poor. The delivery person insisted we should collect the cake from them they will come inside the building and wait near the elevator and the customer has to come and pick it up. After my insistance they came and delivered it in our home reluctantly. No complimentary muffins paper napkins or plates this time I guess cost cutting. Experience and services has dropped so is my rating . Not going to order from them again
