Five Star Chicken — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst service! A place one should avoid!!! Visited the place at 8.20pm and ordered 1 bucket of chicken 10 pcs and 2 pcs of French fries. We got the parcel by 9.10! They collect money in advance and we don't have any other option than waiting... when asked about delay, the chef/owner starts shouting, boasting he has 10 years experience and no customer can do anything. He said customers can complain, but nobody won't be able to do anything against him! What an arrogance! The person who was talking was not wearing mask, there by giving little value to covid protocols! The chicken was over cooked, very hard to chew, like candy. At this same price, we can get KFC or McDonald's. Worst...

I went to this five star chicken counter with my wife and felt it's a Worst five star counter in mugilivakkam not even worth to have a single star.

Shop is displayed with chicken in Google picture but if u vist you will find empty display box

And as a customer my wife asked how long it will take for him to prepare he started to talk unethical to a lady for asking a single question

Person who runs the shop has an worst attitude towards customer. Not have an ethics to talk to a lady customer.

Their quality and quantity used to be good. The taste has also reduced drastically and these guys working there do not even fully cook the items. I used to visit this restaurant often during the initial 1 year of their opening. The taste and quality was great then. They do not have parking facility, but you can park vehicles in the side of the road. This is a very small restaurant, don't expect air conditioning, they have seats...
