Due to purattasi time I'm regularly ordering veg foods, in recent times I've ordered Gobi noodles, panner fried rice, mushroom fried rice, panner 65, gobi65, panner butter Masala. Out of these dishes I would suggest the Gobi noodles, panner 65, they providing in 500ml containers only it doesn't fill our tummy. Best is buy a main dish and and side dish it will surely sufficient for fill our tummy. Gobi65 also good taste but some cauliflower are not boild properly some pieces are raw veggies that's the only issue don't buy Panner butter Masala it taste like tomato gravy it has too much of tanginess tomato flavor and tanginess is too dominant, i could taste any Masala flavors, panner and mushroom fried rice are good but they don't have taste any spiciness it's taste likely plain fried rice little bit low salt and spicy. They also Best hotel for Tiffin items in a decent price range. I never seen this hotel has empty they always have customers for dine in or for takeaways. When we buy Vegetarian food mostly we prefer this hotel because they have good taste and...

I went to this place with my family for lunch today. Being a weekend, I expected good crowd but what Isaw phenomenal.

How the hotel handled the situation was NOT so good.

There were 4 waiting points At the entrance of AC floor ( both floors) They allocated table after good 30 min wait and further wait at the till table was cleaned Order and wait for the food Next was completely Unexpected - waiting for the second serve of Rice.

At this moment we decided to vacate our table without finishing ( no food to eat ) our lunch.

NOT so good a experience with family

I strongly believe the situation could have been handled well, differently.

Informing the customer at the entrance that it would take 45 min to reach the table and leaving the choice with customer Creating a better waiting hall /space Cook more as you have the exact number of people waiting in the lobby.

Any restaurant can't serve ALL customers on a given day...try to work on customer experience NOT the billing
