This one is the best restaurant for breakfast, snacks and coffee in Tanjavur. Please note they dont serve tea. No matter whatever you order, you will experience an authentic, traditional and local taste. This humble looking restaurant is situated in a busy lane serving food far above any other restaurant in Tanjavur. You must visit to experience what I am writing here. From Rava dosa, to gree pongal, idli, all are excellent. Please dont bring the baggage of fine dine experience which will overpower your tastebuds. They serve on banana leaf. Very helpful staff (even if I did know a word in tamil, they explained me in a away i could understand). Price is very low. Google will guide you, but be careful about a parking place. can be tricky at times. Ambience is good old types. Neat. UPI and cards accepted.

This was the find of Thanjavur. From the humble outside, you will not guess the gem of an eatery that it is. Set in a heritage building, it gives you the vibe of the bygone era. We ate here thrice during our stay in Thanjavur. We tried the ghee pongal, the rava dosa, and filter coffee. I can write pages on their ghee pongal. Laced with black pepper and cashews and with the brilliant taste of having been cooked in ghee, it was a sensory delight. Rava dosa was a masterpiece, too. They are known for their coffee, and rightly so, the richness of flavor is amazing. Highly recommend.

Excellent food that will make your day. Located within walking distance from Thanjavur temple,this place had an homely atmosphere with extremely friendly staff and pure veg offerings. Their filter coffee and rava dosa is a must try.They also serve kadappa (vegetable stew made with potatoes) as a side dish during Sunday's instead of sambhar which was I recommend dining between 7AM to 8AM for a non crowded experience. Food was budget friendly about ₹100-₹150 per person.Overall a very satisfying experience and would highly recommend other to try it out atleast once.

1. If you want to enjoy the best filter coffee in the world, please visit this hotel for a cup of coffee. 2. Apart from coffee, you can have delicious tiffin items and perfect south Indian meals. 3. The hotel can be easily located from the main road 4. Parking will be difficult 5. Ambience is good. Neatness is ok 6. Payment in all the modes ( UPI, CREDIT CARD) 7. The ambience is good, but do not compare with city restaurant

This is an Amazing restaurant finds in tanjavur….randomly bumped in to this plac eto have breakfast and trust me This place, their service gave us a very homely vibe, food was yum!!! If u ever visit tanjavur, dont miss this place. Try their dose, uttappam, and the variety of chutneys was so tasty! Surely visiting it if we go to tanjavur again!

Came here to taste their Rava dosa but I was late so couldn't taste it.. Had to order sapad and tasted their coffee personal I had tasted kumbakonam degree coffee and I liked more of that coffee than the one which they offer in coffee palace but will suggest the travellers to taste the coffee once if u are around thanjavur. ..
