It's super cozy, good for dining with family and friends near old bus stand. They serve varities of sweet and savouries and have plenty of vegetarian options. In menu they have both north Indian food as well as south Indian food. The food is in budget and has authentic North Indian taste. A best place to taste north Indian food. Service was ok and not good enough, they should improve on this part, this same issue was there in their new bus stand outlet. If there is big group then they will struggle like anything. I Tried - badam milk it was too good. -5/5 Rasmalai -4/5 It was not as soft as it should be it's more like white rasgulla they are selling in the name of rasmalai. Special falooda -5/5 Paneer tikka -5/5 Paneer butter masala -5/5 Kaju curry -3/5 Both paneer butter masala and kaju curry have same base of curry so no difference at all in taste. Malai kofta -5/5 Paneer tikka masala -3/5 Mashroom masala -4/5 Baby corn masala 4/5 Both Mashroom masala and Baby corn masala has same base of curry so no difference of taste at all. Kaju naan-5/5 Paneer kulcha -5/5 Tandoori roti -5/5 Toilet facility is there.

Crowded place on Thursday night at 8:30pm. We arrived at Tanjore at 7pm tired after a hot & long journey & this was the closest decent place to our hotel. From the moment we entered, chaos reigned. All the restaurant staff look so busy & running around. Not a quiet place. We seated ourselves on a sharing table with another family, since all tables were full.. I asked for five items on their 'Summer Special' menu. They had none available! Nor were the items so proudly displayed on the TVs! Rates are reasonable. So finally asked what is available, he said Chilli Paratha. I assumed it was a paratha with chilli gravy, but received hardened paratha pieces tossed in Manchurian sauce! We had to keep waiting & waiting to place our next order since the server wasn't attending our table, so decided to just take a parcel. Big mistake. We had to wait for half an hour at the parcel counter for our parcel to arrive. While waiting, saw the way they were managing the counter, very shabby & unkept. Two more families stormed out very angrily in front of us for non service! I am from Bombay, nowhere is the service so slow there, it is known for its fast service even on very busy days.

None of the displayed items in their board were available. Finally they agreed to give me roti and bindi masala. But when the food came, it was paneer masala 😱😱. When questioned, he said it was a different order and took it back. Waiters were not taking orders. They were not even bothered to assist people and I could see the shoddy attitude of the staff towards every customer waiting to have their meal. Pathetic is the least I could say. Came inside Bombay Sweets with lot of good feeling!!!!! Finally had to wait even for my bill. Do not recommend Bombay Sweets in Thanjavur😡😡😡😡

Awesome interior 👌 I have visited this earlier which was an ordinary hotel but now the interior design is amazing. But the hand wash place needs a dedicated cleaner. It was watery for more time. Dishes are awesome. Much more varieties. Pizzas and burgers are also available. Little late in serving but taste is good. This looks like a star hotel both by the interior look and the price of dishes 😉 No parking for 4 wheelers. So kindly prefer bike to visit this place else you have to park your vehicle on road side either near to hotel or far away.

I recently visited Bombay Sweets in Thanjavur and tried their pani puri, chandrakal, and halwa—all of which were absolutely top-notch. The pani puri was crisp and flavorful, the chandrakal was perfectly sweet, and the halwa had a rich, indulgent taste. The dining space was also impressive, offering a comfortable and clean environment, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in Thanjavur and craving some high-quality sweets or snacks, Bombay Sweets is definitely a must-visit!

Today morning went ro this hotel for breakfast. They have not cleaned the table ,washbasen and floor..left with old food.The food are not standard. The most shocking is that served coffee in tumbler which has been not washed..The old coffee dried and sticking around the base of tumbler and finger prints with chutney... The food and cleanliness sucks. Pls don't visit this restaurant by seeing any youtube video review. Worm in venpongal
