Hotel Gowri Krishna — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The parcel service staff behaviour was so rude. I happened to clearly mention single chappatis for four individual parcels along with.3 idlies, and these people gave bills for Set chappatis 4 nos. Once I asked that this was not what I said, and politely asked for a new bill, few of their staffs started to behave oddly, saying not possible, blaming me that I didn't say clearly this and that. Then I again informed no problem that might be a mistake but let's correct it, then they asked me to wait for some time, then the same guy came back and asked me to come and tell same at bill counter, that guy gave kind of headache reaction and started with a tough tone to me, what exactly do you need. Again after not losing my patience I said what I exactly wanted. That guy striked off the bill and asked to take a new bill from the parcel section After taking a new bill, I wanted these people to make a change, and give a feedback on not behave impolite to customers. After paying my bill and awaiting his attention I said the same as a feedback. That guy didn't bother it and called someone to make sure that the old order was not packed (this he forgot to do, and while I was trying to give this feedback he jumped to this) Again I wanted to insist and get his acknowledge, so I repeated that it might be wise if Ur people would behave bit courteously towards customers.. That guy jus without seeing me 'Hmmm' and waving his hands asking me to sit.. Such a ruthless behaviour, by these people. Jus few days back I myself wanted to give a 4* bcoz of the food quality, but something stopped me.. Now I wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of this, before saying this is a good...

If you are hungry dont choose this hotel. They will serve you food after 1 hour. They will have more than 6 servers but they will not serve you until one server starts supply buy giving leafs and water. I have waited hungry for 30 mins. Even then they didn't cleaned my table. No one cares to serve any people in the hotel. I asked why other servers not serving. They told that only two people will start the serve after then other will serve their dish. Each server has one dish in their hand and they won't care about serving other dishes. I need to wait for the first dish server to start. I argued with hotel manager. He said if you can wait you can or leave. This is not right behavior. We are going to hotel on hungry to eat something immediately. But if you are going to this hotel, you need to bring eat something in your home first then go to this hotel. Atleast they will take 1 hour to start servicing. Stop...

Very good, high quality and hygienic restaurant. They went beyond the way to help us in customizing the food we asked for. Definitely recommended. alani really does not have any excellent hotels, most are expensive and do not really pay attention to the quality of food and service. it could be because of the tourist dependent buisness. this Hotel, on the highway is one such place. Ok food, not really excellent, Overpriced for that they serve, but convinently placed if your outside the town. a South indian restaurant that is a vegetatean.
