Ghee dosa was perfectly crisp and golden, its rich aroma of ghee enhancing every bite with a warm, nutty taste that lingered on the palate.

The paneer fried rice was packed with flavour fragrant basmati rice tossed with soft, tender cubes of paneer and vibrant vegetables. The highlight was the unexpected pairing of this fried rice with sambar, exactly as the supplier suggested. The sambar’s tangy and mildly spicy notes worked surprisingly well with the smoky, savory rice, adding depth and a punch of flavor that balanced the dish wonderfully.

To complete the trio, the chilly idly brought a burst of boldness to the table. We used to visit this hotel since 1981. I was then working at Palani. They maintain the quality with taste. Very limited varieties of eatables are served here. We could see ladies as waiters who behave very politely. Good service. As it is just in front of the bus stand parking your car could be a problem. But this problem is everywhere. It is worth considering the ambience available inside the canteen. It would be better if they add some tiffin items during lunch...
