Hotel Manohara — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Visited my favourite hotel in town after long time. I used visit and enjoyed the tase during my young age. During that time they serve paratta set with two salna added in it. Still I remember that taste of black gravy and white salna. But now, they serve with paratta and salna seperately. Moreover salna taste is completely different which is also quite good, but the old salna mixing was awesome. Mutton varuval and liver tastes good. I have enjoyed delicious food after a long gap in Hotel Manohara....

One of the oldest restaurants around Town in Tirunelveli. My favourite order is their mutton biriyani. The mutton and chicken briyani are made by adding meat pieces to already made briyani but they're delicious.

It's also one of the few restaurants that serve blood fry. One needs to be at the restaurant before 12:30 pm to taste blood fry.

Reasonably priced, friendly service and decent taste.

It's a small restaurant running for years mostly for local customers so the ambience is done...

It may not be the fancy, social media friendly hotels. Small but surely a worthy worthy endeavor. I loved the food. It was simple, nothing fancy, tasty. Didn't have that uneasy feeling that often comes with dining at fancy places. May not be the ideal place to go in as a family. But worthy of making a trip and getting a parcel. A must try...
