Hotel Muthamizh — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today we have visited hotel muthamizh in retteri very worst experience hotel server is not at all giving importance of what we are saying and he is very harsh to the customer regarding this i was complaint to hotel manager she was saying I am a cashier you have to only to manager actually she is the wife of the hotel owner. Very irresponsible behaviour she have. First of all understand customer needs and serve in a kind manner. I don't recommend anyone. Please don't go that lady will say harshly it is our hotel rule we will not provide poriyal for variety rice. We are not begging ae are asking for the cost . First of all understand we have visited so many hotels if customers complaint immediate action will be taken...... very worst lady , staff and unhygienic place...

I ordered chapathi with kurma, but the taste was not good So, I took some potatoes that were available on my table, and the owner rudely told me not to use the vegetables for the chapathi. Muthamizh Unavagam situated opposite to Perambur railway station next TASMAC Liquor shop. It has only Street side parking space we can only park two wheelers

Cleanliness of the hotel is NOT upto the mark. No AC, service is also poor. Ambience is not good. Cost of food is OK. But quality of the food and taste of the food is NOT good.

I had Sambar rice her it costs Rs.65 even in AC restaurant they charge less than this price for Sambar rice. Overall I am NOT satisfied...
