Hotel Siva's Café — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Their only drawback is their chapathi kurma as they served half burnt chapathi which was hard to eat. They should make sure they address this issue as it is a popular dish.

The food service here is very good as they have sufficient waiters to take care of every table and get the orders done in a jiffy. They are also very kind and polite. They make sure that everyone is seated properly and in comfort. They hear the customer request properly and serve accordingly to their needs.

They served unlimited vegetarian meals with little exception on some items. Their veg meals were up to the mark as it satisfied our expectations and tummy. They also had mini meals in which they served a small quantity of variety rice and added vadacurry as a compliment.

They have a small portion beside the hotel for two wheeler parking which can accommodate at least 10-20 vehicles. They also used the same space for car parking which makes the place a little congested. They should lay a pathway for easy parking as the place is...

I placed an order and waited for more than 2 hours, but it was never delivered. The delivery person never attended my calls, and there was no proper support from Swiggy either. Out of desperation, I called the restaurant directly and asked if they could help from their end or atleast tell whether my food will be delievered or shall I proceed to cancel the order Unfortunately, the lady at the cash counter who attended the call was extremely rude and harsh. She spoke in a very disrespectful way, without basic courtesy or manners. The way she treated me was unacceptable and insulting.

If you value your time and self-respect, I strongly suggest you avoid this restaurant. Very disappointing experience! The owner must take action or else the restaurant will earn a bad name very soon I guarantee. We had a fantastic dining experience at Siva’s Cafe in Kanchipuram. The food was exceptional, and we truly enjoyed the authentic South Indian flavors. A special thanks to Mr. Anand, who helped us choose the best dishes and ensured we had a great experience with his warm hospitality and recommendations.

We tried the Kovil Idly, which was soft and soaked in flavorful sambar, the Kothu Parotta, which was perfectly spiced and had a great texture, the Rava Dosa, which was crispy and delicious, and the Set Dosa, which was light, fluffy, and paired beautifully with chutneys and sambar. To top it all off, the filter coffee was rich, aromatic, and the perfect way to end the meal.
