Very poor billing and delivery time.
Even though the shop is small enough for dining service, I used to get momos here due to their satisfying ambiance at this place.
But their recent order with me was not good, also I never expected such a kind of frustrating response to customers.
They offered to Buy 2 Get 1 @50 offer in this season, so I ordered steam momos 1 panner 1 mushroom so 1 panner @50rs.
After about 30 mins of time, I enquired why it was taking too late they calmly responded they don't have panner steam at the moment, So they asked me to switch to mushrooms. It's very irresponsible behaviour without informing customers to keep on waiting to sell the item that they have in stock.
I explained to them very politely that I was only waiting for panner momos, so you should do some alternative for panner momos. Initially they said they have panner cheese, but after seeing my bill they said panner cheese is costly. I told them at least they should offer 1 panner cheese at the same bill cost then remaining as mushrooms.
But after serving mushroom momos they denied the panneer cheese momo.
It was again an irritating response, they only denied as because they look for their profit not customer service or apology for their mistakes.
The reason I'm telling this, finally I cancelled 1 remaining momo. They returned only 50rs, so I did not get any offered price for the 2 items that I ordered even though it was not my choice of order and totally...

I recently visited this momo shop with high hopes of enjoying a delightful meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. We waited patiently for our order for 40 minutes, anticipating the delicious momos we had ordered – one mushroom chow mein and a pan fried paneer Manchurian momo.
The mushroom chow mein met our expectations and was quite tasty. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when we were served chicken momos instead of the paneer ones we had requested. Despite raising our concern immediately, the staff did not respond appropriately for a prolonged 10 minutes.
To make matters worse, when we requested the bill for only the mushroom chow mein (as we hadn't touched the chicken momos), they flatly denied our request and insisted we pay the complete bill, including the incorrect chicken dish. Engaging in a frustrating argument, the staff even suggested that we had consumed one of the chicken momos, insisting we pay for it.very rude behaviour of the staff
It's disheartening to see a lack of customer satisfaction at a food establishment. Clear communication and rectifying mistakes promptly are essential in the food business, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short on both fronts. They said these money is not valid, they can't accept the currency which is issued by Reserve Bank of India. I asked them why they said their owner prabu said no to accept 10 rs coin under no condition since it's fake currency.
