Junior Kuppanna — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We had been travelling from Yercaud to vellore. My aunt and my granny wanted to use the restroom. My granny considering her age had some bladder issues. Obviously we wanted a cleaner toilets for the ladies. so I opened google map on my phone and looked for hotels and from our previous good experiences with junior kuppanna Hotel. We decided to go there. And since My aunt wanted to have snacks and coffee and also use the restroom. All 6 of us thought it would be the best option to go to junior kuppanna. But to our dismay, they didn’t allow us to use the restroom bcoz we didn’t eat there. And why didn’t we eat there?? that’s because they don’t have coffee and tea!! Funny right. A well known renowned restaurant doesn’t have cofeee and tea. Are they expecting people who come there at 5pm to have food. Obvious evening snack and coffee or tea would be the preferred option!! Bad experience. I advice the admin of junior kuppanna to firstly start selling coffee/tea or snack in the evening. Secondly, you should allow people to use the restroom(at least consider senior citizens and women) This happened in junior...

Worst ever Taste & Service Recently been here for lunch, couple of days back - Fair lands, Salem branch

Ordered non veg meals but Disappointed with the taste provided mutton & chicken gravy, Been worst Poor customer service 😞 Everytime need to wait long inbetween if u need anything more like extra rice / gravy. Keeping customer to wait long time is really bad though there manly PPL working on service but they are so lethargic and busy with their mobile We are here for believing authentic taste & paying over priced for food but disappointed with taste of food and worst service Cost is really overpriced jus bcoz of the hype created. Been to Junior kuppana in different city & branches but Salem branch is worst ever. Why there is difference in food price is each branch?

Overall really disappointed and can say it's jus over hyped resturant Not much spl in reality

Dear Head of Junior Kuppanna , This is bringing to your notice that today i dined at your Salem restaurant along with my collogues on lunch time. 1.We informed the manager stated that we are on the way block the table he also accepted . 2.But after we went there table was not blocked. we ordered for Mutton Biryani along while taking order itself in rude manner. stated that what ever pieces is there that only we will provide. 4.The raita cup also full of black stain. Requested for additional Rasam they reject. Concern manager not even came and enquired about the feedback since he was more familiar also myself ask him to block the table for the lunch. I have dined in your outlet in various place, I can say this is very bad experience.
