Kadhar Bhai Biriyani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

4 months back Briyani served by all the Kadher Bhai outlets were awesome. Once they got the business, they are revealing their original face. This is the third time I am facing disputes with Kadher Bhai Briyani.

First time, We went to madhuravoyal Kadher Bhai Biriyani. The quality of the biriyani is worst, the rice seems to be like a ration shop rice. It is not at all a good quality Briyani rice. The taste is literally a tomato rice(like the one in Annadhanam). And it is served chilled @ 2PM in the noon.

Second time, I have gone to Avadi branch with my friends in evening around 8 PM, We have ordered for a Hot & Sour Chicken soup, mushroom soup and Biriyani. The soup is worst yuck🤮🤮🤮, it is a chicken water with some masala with foul smell. They said Briyani is arriving from somewhere and asked us to wait for 15 mins. Then the Biriyani came, so we were eager to eat a fresh Briyani. But the biriyani served is again super chilled. And the taste and quality is same as the madhuravoyal branch. Ration shop rice and tomato rice taste. Got very much irritated and given the feedback to the owner as well.

Third time, we have ordered biriyani from Zomato. We got a biriyani which is spoiled and I have decided this is the last and final time I am done with Khadar Bhai Briyani. I will never prefer this hotel chain with anyone.

Short review: Don't go to this hotel or else you will regret before paying the bills

Long review: I went to kadher Bhai briyani after the suggestion of my friends. Seriously the worst biriyani I have ever had. The chicken in the biriyani looked like it was rotten or expired. It has burnt and looks juicy and I don't know how it could look like this. I have shared the photos of chicken

Service: When we sit in our table, there was a kinley bissleri water. the waiter asked you want normal water or bottled water. We said normal. Soon after , he took the packed water from our table.

Food taste: 1.looked burnt🌚 2.biriyani rice was salty and you can't eat that alone.🤮 Grill chicken looks as tandoori. Fully burnt. Can't feel the taste of chicken.🤢 4.plate shawarma was average. Mayonnaise was sweety.🥴

They need to know how to treat the customers. ✓The washroom was ugly and looked old☹️ ✓Ambiance could have been better. I have expected more by looking the outside apperance.☹️

Complementary brownie was given. But the cake cup was not clean and full of choco. 🥺

Plate shawarma was 190.( Too much )😱 Grill- 430😲 Chicken biriyani - 230( only positive is quantity. But it is no use if the taste is not good)🤮

I would recommend SS Hyderabad then...

Kadher Bhai Biriyani used to be my favourite biriyani spot but in recent times they had started to degrade on their quality and ignorance of feedback is where it all started with. Anyone could give excuses but if you really act upon those feedback that shows your customer centric approach.

I placed order for Prawn Biriyani and Grill, both of it were spoilt. Oil was of low quality and rice doesn't seem to be the quality they used to serve. When informed to management, no regret or concern whatsoever and our valuable feedback is being ignored continuously.

People's perspective towards food have changed especially with competition and online availability of choices. Hope Kadher Bhai Biriyani management considers these feedback...
