KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This outlet is a strong contender to be among the worst KFC outlets. This, being the closest to my home, is almost my only KFC option without any traffic woes. I have tried online orders through Swiggy (mostly) and Zomato from this outlet and except for the first time, I have always faced issues related to insufficient quantity and inordinate delays from the outlet. Tried dining in once to see if things improve that way, but was greeted with the message that my favourite hot wings (from the 20 pc wings +strips option) were not available (though it was still showing up in the food order apps as available). It took a second reminder after 5 minutes for our table to be cleaned (only two tables were occupied while the rest were all dirty with leftovers). Did I mention that I made the mistake of another online order with the same outlet and that I am waiting for over an hour for the delivery?! Restaurant mistake again. I am hoping that the order hasn't been messed up again. This is only my second negative review for any restaurant. I will gladly change the review and rating if things are fixed. Hoping...

This is one of the WORST KFC restaurants seen in my career of 15 years of Marketing. Their timings differ every time depends on People who come here and the stuff available. Everytime when I visit from Airport on my way back home, I have to fight with counter idiots. They will allow only when some pair/s are sitting idle and that to you make noise on counter. They are more particular about some community also who are dominant in that area.. I don't know, how come KFC has become such a Worst Place and the license is still continued. Every time I have to sit in my car and eat (Forced Bachelor)... Moreover, everytime, Chicken Zinger Meals will miss the fried chicken/ wings or fries.. I'm paying extra to those idiots.. Never try this and I request KFC Marketing to take a look and close this restaurant or find a new strong franchise to work...

Food is good.. service is the worst when compare to any kfc outlet.. Late afternoon and no rush hours..to take order thy taking 10mins, that slow bill counter person is.. Person who giving food takes 15mins to take food from the display box to the plate.. Asking the other staff about the items in the bill n where it is..by the time it was delivered at the counter.. burger n chicken was cold.. (any new person joined.. old staff should educate thm earlier.. nt leave thm to take orders.. come later whn thy ask)

They should label them as slow food restaurants instead of fast food..

Dont give tissues or ketchup.. until asked.. Dont hv straw stock..

Nearby tables wer kept dirty for more than 45mins.. some tables r cleaned but not the chairs..

Shame to call thm as Kfc brand.. insult to the brand.. Hope thy improve the service and...
