What should have been a simple fast-food experience turned into a frustrating waste of time. I deeply regret choosing this location and would not recommend it to others. There are plenty of other food options in the area with staff who actually seem interested in providing service.
For a chain restaurant that typically maintains certain standards, this particular KFC branch falls significantly short in terms of basic customer service expectations.
Update: Disappointing Experience Once Again
I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit KFC again, and sadly, nothing has changed. The chicken popcorn I ordered was comparable to roadside shop pakoras - flat, hard, and over-fried. There was no enjoyment in the meal whatsoever.
What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing numerous staff members in the kitchen who appeared to be socializing rather than focusing on food preparation. This raises serious questions about KFC's training protocols and quality control measures.
The experience left me wondering whether these staff members receive proper training at all. The food quality and service standards fell far below what one would expect from a global brand like KFC. It was, quite frankly, a disgrace to the KFC name.

Read moreThis outlet is a strong contender to be among the worst KFC outlets. This, being the closest to my home, is almost my only KFC option without any traffic woes. I have tried online orders through Swiggy (mostly) and Zomato from this outlet and except for the first time, I have always faced issues related to insufficient quantity and inordinate delays from the outlet. Tried dining in once to see if things improve that way, but was greeted with the message that my favourite hot wings (from the 20 pc wings +strips option) were not available (though it was still showing up in the food order apps as available). It took a second reminder after 5 minutes for our table to be cleaned (only two tables were occupied while the rest were all dirty with leftovers). Did I mention that I made the mistake of another online order with the same outlet and that I am waiting for over an hour for the delivery?! Restaurant mistake again. Read moreThis was the worst KFC I’ve ever visited. I placed a takeaway order for burgers and hot wings, spending over ₹2,500. Staff member Geetha stole 4 pieces of hot wings from the packed order and handed it over, claiming everything was inside. When I checked for another missing item, she acted as if she had forgotten. I initially believed her, but this was clearly intentional.
What made it worse was when she begged for a Google review. She asked for my phone to find the restaurant page, and while I was packing my things, I caught her secretly giving a 5-star rating and posting it before I even realized what she was doing.
The most disappointing part? The owner of the shop argued with me in her defense instead of offering an apology. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from both the staff and management. Spending ₹2,500+ and getting such a terrible experience is beyond frustrating. Will never visit this...
