KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is a typical KFC similar to other KFC across the world. The taste of the chicken is good and delicious.

They don't even have water, such a bloody beggars these corporates are

We need to ask them for tissue paper they provides a saloon shop quality tissues

Corporate stingy shop won't provide morethan 2 ketchups (each 8gm) for 4 chunky chicken pcs, so plz go with a Rs.10 ketchup packet to enjoy the meal

Even small fried chicken shops keeps ketchup bottles in tables for customers usage. But these corporates will do cost cutting in such ketchups tissues

If u want to taste once you can go and spend money only once.

So buy chicken for Rs.200. marinate with, masala, salt and cholam maavu. Refrigerate for 5hrs or more. Dip it in oats and maida. Fry in oil enjoy KFC chicken வயிறார...

Many in the city expect KFC to be a decent location for family dining. But here, the expectations are not fulfilled. 1. Many items are not available, example: veg burger, variety of drinks. They have only Pepsi. Other tastes are not available 2. The staff team needs motivation. The staff team looks confused and their service needs improvement. The person at the bill counter talks not-understandable conversation to the local costomers. 3. The fries? Salty, oily and not-fried well. (have a look of photo)The size of fry pieces needs to be checked by KFC. 4. The worn out ink cartridge of the bill printer is not replaced for the past few years. (See photo) 5. Mayonnaise supply is to be closed as per govt of Tamilnadu. But still the store supplies (26.4.25) mayonnaise with food. 6. Not worth the money spent (KFC Tirunelveli) (May 25).

KFC needs serious improvement in service and food. My earlier rating has gone down. Let us see how...

I visited for the second time, the place is very clean now. I am Happy that they are listening to customer's concerns and taking actions. Zinger burger and other Food item's taste are upto the standards of KFC. Staff Service can be improved, so giving 4 stars. Honest Review! I visited different KFC franchise but TVL franchise made me to think whether I am eating in KFC or not, because the taste here is not upto the standards and chicken is not crispy - average taste. Ambience is average after 6 pm you will get free extra mosquito bites. No proper COVID protocols followed here. Table is not cleaned properly after dine in. KFC authorities should inspect this...
