Hello, I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your Fun mall outlet on 30/08/2025.
I placed order at 10.05 PM and until 10.30 PM my order was not served. I checked twice with the staff and each time I was asked to wait for 5mins.
What made this worse was the staffās unprofessional response. Loosing my patience I enquired again at 10.30 PM saying we have show at 10.40 PM, the staff member told it was āour mistake to order without checkingā even though weāve ordered in machine . He further stated āeven though it shows as in stock in the machine, you should have confirmed with us once since your show is at 10.40 PMā.
Not only this response was unprofessional but it also showed a complete lack of customer empathy. Instead of offering solution or even an apology, the staff simply asked āwhat to do now?ā in a dismissive manner. As a customer itās not my responsibility to double check with staff for availability, its the teams duty to ensure the menu reflects availability and to communicate promptly with courtesy.
Because of this, we had no choice but to cancel the order and rush for our film leaving with bitter experience.
I demand that this incident to be taken seriously and address the behaviour of the staff. As a regular customer, I expect better communication, accountability and professionalism from your team instead of negligence and blame.

And if an item is not available, it should be set that it's unavailable in the software, rather than that, an error will popup and we have to wait for a person to come from the other end of the store that is present in a seperated kitchen... And start over again for ordering the food...
And once that's over, we don't get any prompt that our food will be ready, rather we have to go and check in the seperate kitchen area frequently to find out if the order is ready...
