Pizza Hut | Fun Republic Mall, Coimbatore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The shops which serve food on the roads understand better what a customer demands as compared to this POSH PIZZA HUT. I do not know why is Pizza Hut spoiling it's brand name by employing horrible cooks and immature staff. The onion in the PIZZA was raw and not even fried or cooked and ended up ruining the taste of the PIZZA and was extremely annoying and disappointing.

This particular pizza hut is usually crowded. This was the first time I went to this pizza hut. However, I observed that majority of the people present were not having any intentions of ordering food, but they were present in the Pizza hut just to STARE at the people who come to eat. The worst part is that the staff do not even bother about these intruders and are completely insensitive towards the needs of the actual customer. In fact, it seems that the staff working here encourage these wretched onlookers and intruders who disguise themselves as customers but destroy the ambience of the place and are a potential threat to the genuine customer's health.

This is the worst experience of my life as far as PIZZA HUT is concerned. The staff working there are annihilating the brand of PIZZA HUT and I am sure that they will ensure that this PIZZA HUT stall closes forever!! Very sad that I have to rate this place one star because they don't even deserve that!! I sincerely pray to God that this PIZZA HUT is out of business(PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN) and will never...

We visited yesterday and it was pathetic experience.

The service person's attitude was so rude, he'd taken plates from other table and placed it in our table, when questioned his tone was very rude and he told that the plates are not spoiled when taken from other table. When we asked about cutlery. He initially told that it's already there in our table. For 3 members there are no enough cutlery.

Our order was 2 medium pizzas with drink. Drink arrived first. We could see a layer of oil/another stuff floating in the drink. The entire team denied that this is how pepsi used to look like.

There was too much hygiene concerns and when we asked the floor manager to address this issue. She initially denied and later told that house keeping was on leave.

We cancelled our order and received payback in cash.

As a customer, I cannot expect such rude attitude and hygiene concerns.

If you have never had a bad customer experience, this is the spot. You will be treated like a beggar who is come in for scraps. Only small they said, we ordered a premium pizza and it had 3 pieces of chicken on the entire 4 slices. My friend was saying we could literally get 2 full biryanis at this price. The pasta, it was given in a Togo aluminium box when we are dining in. Seems to have been a canceled take away, the pasta was dry and the Taste was yuck. Also, I could easily count to 4 slices chicken sausage pieces. As many reviews previously mentioned, “NO TISSUES”. Also, the tables are not cleaned unless a customer takes a seat so you can dirty plates on the table for hours.
