Unacceptable Experience – Avoid at All Costs

Our visit to Latte Kichen turned into a nightmare due to their utter negligence and lack of empathy. A family member got stuck in their washroom because of a faulty lock mechanism for over 15 minutes. Being claustrophobic, they experienced severe distress and suffocation while the staff failed to respond promptly.

With no other option, we had to forcibly break the door to free them. Shockingly, instead of showing concern or apologizing for the trauma caused, the management demanded payment for property damages.

Such insensitivity and disregard for customer safety and well-being are unacceptable. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Safety and compassion should be priorities, and this restaurant failed on both fronts.

We were a group of 15 people, including 4 senior citizens and 2 toddlers, visiting your establishment to enjoy a family meal and create memories—not to commit violence or cause disruption. Unfortunately, one of our family members got trapped in your washroom due to a faulty lock mechanism. Being claustrophobic, they experienced severe distress while your staff failed to respond promptly. With no other option, we had to break the door to rescue them.

To clarify, your restaurant is not a public place but a private establishment run by you. As the management, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of your guests. Attempting to label an emergency response as violence and charging us Rs. 100 “to prevent repetition” feels like an unfair deflection of accountability.

We were there to have a good time with family, not to engage in any shameful behavior. We sincerely hope you reconsider your approach to customer safety and well-being, as well as how you handle such incidents in the future. A little empathy and responsibility...

We recently had a birthday celebration at their party hall and our experience with their service was amazing. Right from the start until the event was done, their staff were fully co-operative at all times. Their menu also have some new and must try dishes on list which is great again.
