Marinaa Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have been there twice. First time was several months ago and the experience was good. Second time was last week it was very bad. They have two halls where events were going on and the cooks were all busy cooking food for the people attending events. We got half of what we ordered after asking several times. The waiter said some items would take 20 mins but we got first item after 40 mins. Later it got worse. Waiter listed out items that are available and he said if we need those he can bring other items won't be available. So, we ate what he brought instead of what we ordered. Food was ok. Whenever you go to the restaurant check the party falls. If you see events in progress, make a u-turn and leave the restaurant immediately.

It is an open lawn and mosquitoes were everywhere. We asked the waiter to bring mosquito repellent as mosquitoes started biting and his response was "if everyone asks where will I go for it?". Such a careless attitude when dengue is widespread. If you don't want to bitten by mosquitoes, do not go to this...

Food is very worse , Idly was reheated and server said yes, it's reheated . If we wanna eat reheated why should we go to dine out??. Japan Chicken is like maida mixed with sugar chicken sicles . Mutton Kari dosa stuffing was like rubber . Chicken Kari dosa stuffed with egg, curry leaves, some pieces of chicken that's it . We ordered 2 kaal dosai , but they delayed a lot so we asked them what's the reason? They said there is only one stone so we were preparing parotta , that's why we couldn't make dosa. "Common thing: No croud ! Moreover, will a hotel have only one cooking stone? " We canceled the dosa then too he said okay. Don't waste penny .! Doesn't have a satisfaction. Seriously, again we went to another hotel and had our dinner. We chose never to suggest and come for dine here,Hereafter. Order taken...

I ordered in Swiggy - 3 Rumalis, 2 Parathas and Chettinad Veg gravy and received 10 chapati which some other gravy . I was not informed about this change in the order and nobody cared to call me from the restaurant. When I tried reaching back to them ( called 5 times ) the concerned person has attended the call and didn't respond properly and told me the order cannot be taken back. When I tried calling him again , the phone switched off.. But the bill of the food ordered is rumali and parathas. Is this some kind of game we are playing ?
