Taj Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We went out last day to Taj restaurant with family. 02-11-21 yesterday around 9.30 and we do understand that there was ceratin rush due to holiday.

However, we waited for the food after paying the Bills for ordered food. time went and it was alsomst 30 mins. Since we went to to the recepionsist and asked for the food and the reason for delay as we ha kids along with were starving since its late night.

All of a sudden the receptionist came back and started scolding as after waiting 30 mins wait saying take back the cash and leave the place.

Which was a horrible experiance for us, since we as a customer paying higher amount for food but due to staff behaviour they asked as to leave the Hotel without getting food after paying for it was such a mess infront of the family.

tt doesn't stop there, we went to the Manager to complain aganist the receptionist but the same behaviour from the Manager as well.

Can't understand one thing how they hire and maintain there employees to behave at their customer is unbelivable.

Atlast it wasn't got over there. Infront of ladies and children the Taj staff threatned us to do what ever and they wont care.

I'm not sure this review will reach out to the Top mangement but thing is is whoever reading this please consider my review before visiting this Hotel in...

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Taj Restaurant. I ordered mutton biryani, but to my surprise, they served biryani with both mutton and chicken mixed together. When I asked the staff why this happened, the response I got was extremely rude and careless – they simply said, “We will change and give you,” as if it was no big deal.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when they are charging such high prices for their food. If I’m paying a premium, I expect the quality and service to match – but this was far from it. The biryani itself was also not tasty and nowhere near what you’d expect from a decent restaurant.

Honestly, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go to a better restaurant. Hotel Taj Restaurant is not worth it at all.

When I raised my concerns, (The manager, Sulman), responded in a careless and unprofessional manner, showing no interest in addressing the issues. His behavior was rude and dismissive, which only made the situation worse.

The health department should inspect the quality of food served in Taj restaurant hotel and take necessary measures to ensure food safety...

We were denied controlling of temperature even after repeated requests

On top of that main course was served even before we completed starters,if the restaurant claims to be top restaurant then definitely these small details needs to be taken care of.We requested to atleast keep the food closed and that was also not taken care of.

Not every person who takes order are rude , unfortunately the person who took out order was such a person.(who knows maybe he was having bad day at office but that should not affect the customers)

Now coming to food,we specifically mentioned not to have much oil ,spice and sourness to the dish .Again request from the customer was not fulfilled by the same person who took the order .When the food finally arrived it had lots of spice and sourness in its taste.
