I wouldn't give even one star for this place

1. frozen food not cooked well and served without any guilt to kids.
2. too noisy place if you need peace while dining never choose this place.
3. the staffs are thugs in uniform they don't show any remorse for the complaints we tell them, they give a "we don't care look"
4. they are very keen about the money they get from a unsatisfied customer, they will bill for food you haven't ordered and for the food u haven't eaten.
5. I wonder if the owners ever read these comments and change their attitude, because most of the reviews are revolving around the same thing.
6. one unsatisfied customer can block a 20 new customers.
7. teach ur staffs fine skills to handle customers.I wouldn't mention names here but they are too rude and shake their heads as if say "so what is your problem walk out if you don't like" I have...

Very horrible experience right from security The security was incapable of handling the people. The language was horrible A/C was not functioning just managing with 2 a/c to save the electricity and not seeing the customer point of view Giving restaurant for college students birthday function which was really horrible and completely it was like a fish market. Seating arrangements were horrible given a single bench kind of chair which is really uncomfortable to sit and the serving table was inadequate to handle a 4 people. The service is horrible and no one is responding and the order que was completely collapse. Totally waste of of money lost the harmony to dine...

my experience at this restaurant was so awful that I feel compelled to warn others. First, the service was absolutely horrendous. We waited for almost 40 minutes just to have our order taken, and the staff acted like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. When the food finally arrived, it was a disaster. The portions were shockingly small for the price, and the taste was even worse. My dish was bland, poorly cooked, and obviously not fresh. To make matters worse, my friend's meal was served cold.
