McDonald's — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Had a horrible experience at McDonald VIT branch in Vellore.there is No chair was allocated though Went with special child with family ( my son can’t stand and walk ) have a requested to staff , No one take a responsible to provide chair , especially asked to Mr. Vinod ( Guest experience leader) , his attitude is unfriendly and rudely said will take 5 to 10 min to provide chair , and escalated to Anjali - swift manager. She also helpless . They just head count- no prompt service provided to customers. I have been Mecki customer since 10 years, weekly twice visits to Mecki - Bangalore, over there very friendly approach- great service at Bangalore. Vellore ViT centre is spoil the mecdonalds trademark . Request to take appropriate action to both ,

Finally left from shop without had a food just take away single burger ( see. token at below) Worst service experience faced at this branch.

WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

My colleagues and I have been here multiple times at different occasions only to be given an excuse as to why the food cannot be prepared.

One time it was because they were "out of gas", another time it was because "things were getting set" - mind you in the middle of the day. One time it's because they were "only doing deliveries" though the timings have no mention of this. I thought I'd try out in the morning but even at 11 AM in the morning they said it'd take another half hour to even TAKE my order - let alone the food itself.

Absolutely pathetic experience and the worst I've had after close to a decade in Vellore. Pathetic customer service and horrible conduct with no respect for time. Go for the nearby KFC, Subway or any other place where they value your time and money. Fry Yo has neat burgers if you're in the mood. McD in Vellore is absolutely trash.

Visited on a monday at 12 noon Only 1 billing counter working After standing in queue for 10 mins,the girl shooed us away to the interface self order. Ordered a medium meal . Realised its qty is very less and went to counter to order a simple burger with no cheese There is no menu on the counter The display board not very clear. Finally gave in to the gibberish the girl at the counter And got the burger Saw traces of cheese in it ,apparently the cheese may have been removed as i had ordered one without cheese.
