I had an horrible experience, this is the second time placing an order, my order was supposed to deliver between 12:30 to 1:30 I didn't receive any call or my order dispatched msg so I got suspicious and called them around 11.30 to confirm asking would they be able to deliver on time, they assured my order was dispatched and it will be delivered on time, I waited till 1:30 I called them again they said the delivery guy is near my locality will be reaching me in few minutes it became 2:00 already, the guy who was speaking with me all this while said the delivery guy who was suppose to deliver is not reachable, we will try calling him again and get back to you, around 2:15 I received a message that my deliver guy is going to pick my order from meensatti, I called the delivery guy he said now oly he got the order and he is going to pick it from the store, my suspicious became true I was furious and hungry by that time, I called the support guy he said they will deliver my order as soon as they could I enquired them about now oly my order dispatched and receiving an msg just now he handed over the phone to senior lady she said the delivery guy who was suppose to deliver went MIA which was a complete lie I believe considering how they admitted it only after I confronted them and how I didn't receive any delivery partner detail till the last minute but only after 2.15 when they actually dispatched, my 12:30 to 1:30 pre-order was delivered at 3:30 my whole family was hungry and annoyed by that time, coming to the food the meen kolambu was not something to rave about, I felt it didn't taste great so skipped to Rasam, it was too good and tempted for taking another bite but it was totally not VFM and horrible customer support...

Read more⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meen Satti is a must-visit spot for seafood lovers in Chennai! The taste is absolutely fantastic, especially for those who enjoy traditional South Indian fish dishes. The flavors are rich, well-balanced, and truly bring out the essence of coastal cuisine. One dish I would highly recommend is the Meen Kizhi with Barotta – the fish is perfectly cooked, wrapped in a banana leaf, and served hot with soft, flaky barottas. It’s a treat you shouldn’t miss!
The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind with family or friends. The ambiance is simple, clean, and gives off a homely, village-style dining experience which adds to the overall charm.
The only downside I found was the quantity of the food, which felt a bit less for the price. If they could slightly increase the portion sizes, it would make the dining experience even more satisfying.
Overall, if you're looking for authentic Tamil-style seafood served in a calm and comfortable setting, Meen Satti is worth a visit. Just don’t leave without trying the Meen Kizhi – it’s the star...
