MR. RED CHEF — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The awesome "MR. RED CHEF" restaurant- I'm really happy to write about your restaurant. Upgrade your restaurant service all over Tamil Nadu and then all over India, hope to bring across the globe.

Ambience - It's totally new, the atmosphere felt so calming and relaxing. the theme was new that we can't describe what theme it is (may be for myself).

Food - Delicious and tasty, we ordered chicken kothu parotta, sandwich, butterscotch milkshake, Oreo milkshake, taste was extraordinary.

Staffs - staffs are so good that they took care of our needs, good service, hospitality was excellent, great attitude towards their work.

Especially Mr. Messiah Mr. Sadiq both of them are so friendly and had a wonderful smile, continue this and have everlasting smile ever.

I'm not sure that i will be coming or not but surely i will be recommending to my frnds to visit your restaurant.

The food was quite good, the overall experience was dampened by the terrible service. The menu offers a variety of standard dishes, and the meals we ordered were flavorful and well-prepared. However, any enjoyment from the food was overshadowed by the inattentive and unprofessional staff.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with a lack of enthusiasm. The waitstaff seemed uninterested and annoyed by simple requests, and it took far too long to get our order taken. When the food finally arrived, it was practically dropped on the table without a word. Throughout the meal, it was impossible to get anyone’s attention for basic things like water refills or extra napkins.

It’s a shame because the food has potential, but the negative attitude of the staff and the overall poor service left a bad taste in my mouth. If the management could improve the hospitality, it would make for a much better...

I don’t agree with the rating of 4.5. This is misleading, on seeing the rating of 4.5 in the Google, we took a 5km diversion from our route to experience the one of worst Biriyani I ever tasted.

Ambience and courtesy of the staff was excellent.

Rates are ok.

We ordered Chicken Biriyani, Mutton Biriyani, chicken kotthu parotta, Chicken lollipops and chicken 65.

Biriyani was served at ambient temperature, we were at the restaurant by 13:30, expected that our Biriyani will be served hot from the pot, it was disappointing. Then the mutton and chicken pieces in the Biriyani were not tender literally felt like chewing a raw uncooked meat.

With a total disappointment, we didn’t have the courage to order any more...
