Extremely Rude & Arrogant Employees.Went and ordered take away of 2 chicken biriyani and a chicken 65 at 1.45 pm and even even after 30 mins my order didn't turn up inspite of several followups ,went back to the person behind the billing counter , who then deputed a waiter to fetch my parcel. In this 30 mins I had I found 10-15 orders orders placed after mine were getting delivered .And again after 10 mins I found my parcel was lying on the floor.When I asked the billing person why its not been informed to me when parcel had arrived.The waiter who brought the parcel kept the parcel besides the billing person and went without informing him.The person behind the counter says that its the customers responsibility to run behind the waiters to get the status of the orders and was extremely rude.Moreover one waiter kept saying that not to stand there as it was disturbing movement of other customers.
