Restaurant's ambience feels special and comfortable. Seating arrangement is secluded so it serves perfect for little family discussion during eating. Food tastes good, and the portion served is also very content for the price paid.

Service is very polite. The attenders are calm they don't force with the food options the restaurant has, instead they listen to your menu order and politely intimate if something is unavailable. I found this very attracting because in other top chettinad restaurants the waiters will force with the alternate options if a menu item is not available.That sort of cheap behavior is not present here.

Overall, the restaurant is a nice place to spend the hard earned money. For us, the satisfaction and the feel good factor we got was way more than the money paid.

We had birthday party in Navaladi kongunadu restaurant, very much disappointed and felt bad experience. Worst cleanliness in hall area and toilets, informed the incharge person as per him cleaned in the evening but doesn't look like. Later Air Freshener sparyed but it was not long lasting. Another Major issue was Power keeps on disconnected during the party it happened more than 5 times, as per them low voltage. Genset started but still power keeps disconnected. Welcome drink was not cooling at all and taste also not that much great. Just water, colour (some flavour) and sugar. Food quantity is ok but the quality is average. Most the plates had stains, which is visible. checked the person who is serving he said that is becoz of the banana leaf which is on top of the plate made that stain ( Vala illai karai),...
