Amazing place for having Indian food (South Indian, paratha, Punjabi, etc), waffles, pancakes, chocolate dosa, tea, coffee, fresh juices etc. I loved the ghee paratha and stuffed parathas, had lunch thali etc lunch- Red rice thali is ₹100, white rice thali ₹90. Very close to solar kitchen and behind Auroville library. Timing is 8am to 3 pm, 6pm to 9:30 pm on all days except Sunday. Sunday it closes at 1 pm like most places in Auroville. A friend recommended this place en passant for dinner in Auroville and it was totally worth it. A quaint, cost, quiet space surrounded by the green of Auroville, they offer a variety of yummy items. We ordered several things from soup to juices and their wraps were excellent! Very quick service, the setting is ideal and warm, the food is tasty, and pretty much value for money.

This is my standard go-to place with fresh, simple food and good wifi! But be careful, your laptop may well be in danger of getting pooped on by birds or invaded by ants, or maybe some curious squirrels will come by to see what you're up to and distract you from your work.
