Nellai Saravana Bhava — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant "Nellai Saravana bhavan" and I would not recommend anyone to dine there. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to take my order. When I asked for assistance, they responded with a condescending tone and an eye roll.

I was shocked by their behavior and left feeling humiliated. It was obvious that they didn't want my business and I was made to feel like an inconvenience.

Not only was the service terrible, but the atmosphere was also uninviting.

I cannot believe that a restaurant with such terrible customer service can even stay in business. I hope that management takes a serious look at their employees and their behavior towards customers. Until then, I will never set foot in this...

Great option for vegetarian food. Had lunch here. Must try - pot kulfi, sambar rice, chilli parotta Other good items - blackcurrant cone, Gobi Manchurian, curd rice Staff - waiters were friendly and suggesting dishes according to our requirement. Watchman offers to park car, like wallet parking. Car parking has limited space, but mostly is okay for the number of people visiting the place. Was pretty filled when I visited, still there in no waiting time, got table immediately. Hotel board is kinda hidden inside when looking from road, so make sure you check thoroughly when driving here, otherwise you keep going in circles in busy roads finding the place. Cost was nominal. Costed around 500 for normal food...

Very bad experience. Food was average(Very salty Kadai Paneer & Okayish Naan) and cost of the food bothered me a lot. They charged us 34.29₹ for a single chapathi so I asked their staff how a single chapathi would cost 34₹? The answer was the chapathi set costs 70₹ with one or two curry. I wonder how a single chapathi (size - medium) without curry costs 34₹ in India.

Nellai Saravana Bhava is an average 2 star hotel but their menu looks super rich in terms of cost but not in taste.

Thank god. We didn’t follow the regular way of dining from Starter to Desserts. BEWARE OF THEIR COSTLY MENU CARD BEFORE VISITING. Keep this hotel as a last option everytime.
