Pathetic. Both my food and delivery experience were terrible.

I ordered food on Zomato, but the restaurant mistakenly gave my order to the wrong delivery partner. When the correct delivery partner arrived, the restaurant refused to hand over the food, despite being informed that he was the designated person. Mistakes happen, but even after realizing their error, the restaurant showed no intention of resolving the issue, claiming that this happens daily, and they couldn’t help it. Anyone in the restaurant industry knows they must give the order to the assigned person with the correct order number. They failed to do this basic check. I eventually got a refund and placed a new order.

The meat in my order was undercooked, which is highly unsafe. Taste is secondary; improperly cooked meat can cause illness. It’s alarming that they aren’t focusing on basic food safety.
