We recently visited Jus Jump, and I must say it’s one of the best indoor play areas for kids I’ve been to! From the moment we entered, everything felt cheerful, vibrant, and extremely kid-friendly. The place is very well maintained, clean, and safe — something every parent appreciates.
My kids absolutely loved every minute of it. There are so many activities to keep them entertained — from trampolines, slides, ball pits, climbing zones, obstacle courses, to mini play structures suitable for different age groups. What impressed me most was how well the staff managed the place — they are polite, attentive, and always keeping an eye to ensure safety and fun go hand in hand.
The play area design is very creative, offering a good mix of physical play and imaginative play zones. The flooring is soft and cushioned everywhere, and the entire space is air-conditioned, making it perfect even for long play sessions. Parents can relax in the comfortable waiting area while watching their kids play through the glass panels.
The washrooms were clean for kids and water play area is also safe and secured with soft mat in the water.
Overall, Jus Jump is an amazing place for kids to play, socialize, and burn off energy in a safe, fun, and well-managed environment. It’s the kind of place you’d want to keep coming back to! Highly recommended for weekend outings, birthday parties, or even just a few hours of fun.
👏 Great job, Jus Jump team — keep up the...

Extremely disappointing experience. I visited the play area with my 2 and 5-year-old at 12 PM. My 2-year-old was asleep, so I waited inside near the reception—only to be rudely told multiple times to remove my footwear, in a tone that made me feel unwelcome, as if I was doing something wrong just by being there. Even after removing it and sitting quietly with my sleeping child, I was asked to move repeatedly with zero empathy.
I took a 4-hour package and clearly explained how I was splitting the time between my kids, but the receptionist, Gerald, gave me a cheap, disrespectful look. Inside the play area, a child vomited and no one cleaned it for nearly 10 minutes. There were three young boys supposedly working there, none in uniform—so it was hard to tell if they were staff or just other parents hanging around. One even sneezed into his hand and came forward to pick up my child. Totally unhygienic and unacceptable.
When our time was up, I was trying to get my kids changed, and even then I was repeatedly asked to leave—as if we were overstaying despite clearly being in the process of leaving. I was there with small kids, and the lack of basic courtesy or patience from the staff was shocking.
The overall attitude of the staff was as if we were using their facility for free. Definitely not going back and do not recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic hygiene,...
Read moreIts Not worth for Price at all. they have 5-6 play areas like falling in balls, jumping on spring beds, wall climibing and small toys like cars, building blocks etc. 295 rs per hour is quite expensive for these toys. One more think, i want to bring you notice, that you have to carry socks for your kids and for parants also, otherwise , they will charge you 75 rs for kids socks and 70 rs for parent socks with low quality. So yesterday , i have used that 1 hr facilty for 450rs. of course kid will be happy even with small toys also but need to thing about worth to pay it or not. My wish is , it would be better for 100-150 per hr . one more observation, for water park also separate charge of 400 rs, which is not working yesterday due to corona. any way it is also not worth for money as it is kept in very small place. with the same cost, we can go for MGM, Kishkintha, like water parks...
