The cost of black Forest cake in normal bakery is 40Rs. Since we are getting only one piece for Kid regularly, we thought we ll buy from standard quality shop. Here a piece of black forest cost 68 Rs. When I purchased few days back also some kind of fermented smell was coming from the cake, I thought it may be due to cherry. Today again I purchased from the same shop, when is gave to my kid, he said it's sour (Pulipa iruku), when I examined the whole cake was smelling bad. I went back to the shop and enquired them were telling if we keep the cake outside for more than half an hour, it will smell it seams due to the Cherry. When I can smell 'Fungus', argued and got the money returned. There is no expiry or date of preparation is mentioned for Cake items especially Fresh cream.

Don't pack the spoiled/expired items especially when customer is asking for take home because someone is eagerly...

I recently visited this outlet and purchased a white forest cake and a pizza. Unfortunately, the cake had lost its spongy texture and flavor - it was dry, hard, and about to crumble. I wanted to leave some feedback, but neither the shop's signboard nor the cake's carton had any contact information, such as the name, address, or phone number. Ironically, the tissue prominently displayed the brand name. Isn’t it mandatory for businesses to display their address and contact details on the signboard? Whatever you do don't eat pizza here. I ordered the unlimited pizza for 200. First the garlic bread was just bread with butter (not even properly toasted), then the pizzas itself was very very sub par. The "dough" was very soft. The cheese had no taste. They are supposed to give the pizzas in order they show, but they gave the cheapest pizzas. The sauce was very diluted. And at last they gave a margarita pizza drenched in so much olive oil that even Gordan Ramsay would drown.
