Very worst. I have admitted my mother at hospital for fever. So I ordered curd rice (count: 3) in a2b nanganallur branch which is almost 12 kms away from the hospital. The reason why I ordered over this much distance is only because of the quality I believed. Finally I received the parcel and I took it to the patient's room.. When I opened the parcel it is a shock for me.. U won't believe that it is a curd rice.. It is like a porridge (porridge will b much better than what they have delivered) with small pieces of carrot and curry leaves (I hope so) . I checked for rice. .to my surprise there weren't a single rice.. Everything was broken into pieces (micro pieces). The highlight is the side dish that they gave for curd rice. They have given 3 packets of #ravi_mango_pickle ( 1rupee packet). Is this the way they deliver? Atleast they would have given some other side dish. For these they have charged 300 rupees including tax. When I called the hotel.. They are not responding properly. Now I'm taking these back to the branch and will throw them at their desk. A2b management for ur info I'm telling this. . Be it curd rice or luxurious meals.. You should treat every customer the same. I can't give such a cheap thing to the patient. Already she is sick. If I give this kind of rice then she'll become worse. For others, Please think atleast twice before ordering anything from a2b....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been a long-time patron of A2B and recently visited your hotel again. As a proud Nanganallur resident, Iāve seen your journey from the early days, and Iāve always appreciated the quality and service you offered.
However, during my recent visit, I was quite disappointed with the experience. The service quality seems to be steadily declining. We faced a 25-minute delay for our food, and to make things worse, one of the North Indian staff members was quite arrogant in his behavior.
It was frustrating that no staff members were nearby when we needed additional sambhar or rasam. When we tried to ask a server attending another table, he didnāt even acknowledge us. Finally, we had to approach the lady managing table allotments and reservations to get any help, after which the food was finally served.
The taste was also averageādefinitely not up to the usual A2B standards that we have loved for years.
This experience was upsetting because we genuinely care about A2B and want to see it thrive. Please look into improving both the service attitude and food quality. We still love A2B, but we hope to see the old charm and hospitality return.
Warm regards, A loyal customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA2B Nanganallur is a go-to. The food is mild, be it tiffen varieties of North Indian cuisine. It's tasty na flavourful.
My top recommendation is Special Mushroom/ Paneer Masala Dosa.
I have always ordered this whenever I am there and the Kaara Kozhakkatai for snack is super filling. Have to mention the Badam Milk. Bit pricey but you will get loads of badam in every sip.
Things to keep in mind:
Never ordered tiffen items like idli, parotta, dosa online / takeway. They DO NOT come FRESH and is heated and served.
If you are going to have tiffen items, better have it in the fine dining area. Don't order it in the self service counter in the ground floor. That is where all takeaways are packed and the food is not fresh. Seems like it's prepared in advance and heated when there is an order. Quick bites like kozhukattai, vadai etc are okay.
Tiffen items are not fit for online orders. Better you eat in-person in the fine dining area. North Indian and Rice varieties (meals) are okay and is delivered in a decent quality.
Service could be improved. They often forget the corner tables and take a decade to deliver a...
