Retake Cafe — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst experience and highly disappointed in to choosin this cafe to spend the memorable day Ambience is very worst unclean, tables are not cleaned properly furnitures looks old and damaged, air condition not working properly. Overall ambience looks dirty, however in Google looks lovely place trust me that's not true till you experience it by your eye Worst service! First of all spoons, fork and cutlery not available in each table however we need to call them to bring the required cutlery like spoon, fork each time that received ones also not clean and rusted pieces given and especially they don't kept water on the table instead how cleverly they had bisleri in the table for which we need to pay for it if we use when we call them asked for the same they will provide us with the normal water only if we request for that. This is so petetic 3.Food is ok ok taste with very less quantity with higher price for this unhygienic ambience and soups & main course were served after serving appetizer. 4.persons who work in this resturant have a language barrier. They don't understand any of the language we speak whatever we ask they just node their heads or do not respond for anything we speak.

Overall unrecommend place to visit and feel over hyped about this cafe in reviews which is not really true think wisely before...

Had a wonderful dining experience with my family of 10 members.

Sushi, pasta, french fries, noodles - exceptional taste and perfect quantity. Loved the sushi platter. Since we were 10 in count, we ordered almost all the pasta varieties. Every one of them was delicious. French fries were fluffy and crunchy at the same time, our kid loved it. Udon noodles was really yummy, thick and light at the same time.

Pizza - limited varieties. We only had the corn pizza and have to say that it was yummy, something new from the usual dominos order.

Beverages - wide variety. We had the badam falooda and cold coffee. Tasted great.

Soups - can be better, tastewise.

I would have happily given the cafe the 5 stars. However, we had to wait a long time for the food to come. However, I got to know that the cafe is just a month old. So, I'm sure they'll sort this out soon.

And oh, while we wait for the food, there are some simple games lying around. If you have a kid, that'll keep them engrossed for a long time.

Bill wise, this cafe is integrated with easydiner at the moment. So, I booked the table through the app and got a very good discount. My wallet is happy as well.

Shoutout to the owner (Niharika), the head chef and the service woman for their hospitality and the wonderful food. I'll surely...

My humble request to those who are planning to visit this restaurant just looking at the ambience outside and you’re going to regret later! INTOLERABLE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY!! Me and a group of 5 friends visited here yesterday around 9 PM and we ordered around 5 dishes ( they claimed most of the dishes were not available), each and every dish took like 30minutes and they didn’t serve us water or provide any cutleries. The guy who is taking the order is the one who is cooking the food (where in the world this would happen) and he’s taking 5 minutes to get the plates and he’s placing the spoon in the table without any manners, meanwhile we managed to finish the dish! He has no knowledge about hospitality and he’s claiming that they are budding staffs. We came to an end which was at 11 PM where the nearby family also left with the same feeling and went totally distressed and were yelling too! We asked for our bill and he said that card machine is not working and when we wanted to pay the bill via UPI, it was supposed to be the QR code of the nearby boutique. We really wanted to complain about this experience to their owner but the waiter refused to call them. DON’T VISIT...
