Very rude and worst staff

I had coffee in Pallikaranai branch near Latha super market and the coffee glasses are not even washed for while . It’s not cleaned so I asked them to transfer for other glass and she gave it in paper cup.

And then my friend asked why you didn’t buy it in glasses then I answered they didn’t washed those glasses to my friend only.

Then staff questioning me in very rude way “madam i have changed the glasses “, then I answered yea , you have changed !! Me and my friend are having conversation only . Why you’re questioning this ?? Like that I asked and then I told you didn’t even washed those glasses right ?? She saying “ okay , you , come and wash the glasses” she said ..!

This is how your staff are behaving . Like this how we treated ??? Are we customer or anything ?

I went to this place yesterday (10 May 2022). I bought their 'special paneer puff' for 35 Rs. which sounded a lot costly for a veg puff. I sat in their Restaurant and when I took the first bite it wasn't hot at all and the puff wasn't crunchy it was more soggy. From today morning I have vomited 4 times. I had a acute stomach pain and consulted a doctor.He said that this is a case of 'Food Poisoning'.I am never going to eat in that...

Had coffee & carrot cake after voting. They said coffee was free. First got carrot cake it was sticky & stringy like cheese when broke into small pieces. Already had a bite unfortunately. Then they offered new one, didn't fight but accepted as I was hungry. Today iam regretting for accepting the next one. Now my back door is open from the morning. Never will reach...
