Score - The Sports Bar at Holiday Inn Chennai OMR — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

One place which has horrible service. We have been there 2-3 times owing to the proximity to office for a quick outing but the delayed service is a benchmark they follow. 3rd time intelligent, we ordered almost everything even before our colleagues came which was serviced almost on time as our colleagues took some time to reach. Anything ordered after they came was a delayed service.

Food quality is good and they also serve drinks and mostly the beer buckets will have some discounts on-going. They also have a live performance and guests could join if they wish to.

One of the managers wanted to take feedback (was definitely overconfident of their service being great) - was taken aback with our response and said he'll get back with some discount offer for any upcoming visits. Called me up one of the working days when I was in a meeting and told me that I can reach out to them and he'll not try calling me again - I give two flying F's about his attitude, so didn't even bother about the discounts he wanted to offer (Our total bill was in excess...

Horrible experience at Score. We went to watch RCB vs CSK match on 18/5/24. It’s a poor Sports bar as they have just TV screens and there is no big screen and no vibe for watching the match. The VAT is 58 % on all imported liquor over and above the overrated price of liquor. And almost all the liquor present in the menu is imported liquor!! Be careful and ask the waiter which liquor is not imported before you order. Also the food was pretty average. We had loaded nachos , paneer tikka and Afghani chicken tikka. The air conditioning was not working and we were feeling pretty bad that we came to this place.

The only 2 good things were 1) the service persons were available and gave things timely and 2) The entrance and lobby were good...

We , a group of 14 people, went to watch IPL finals streaming under the 2000 rupees coupon. Only beverages were mentioned in the coupon, but later after enquiring only we came to know that starters were also included. Waiters were just remembering the orders and just counted in fingers, rather than keeping a proper note in paper or tab. And finally the bill was highly exaggerated (about 15k more). We had to argue and proof ourselves to get the bill corrected.

Going forward, please ensure to have a order tracking system in tab or atleast in paper
