The place is so good. This place is known for porota in Tirunelveli. The porota and their salna combination. They both just hit right in the tongue. The chicken leg pieces were cooked to perfection. The parotas are crispy. The best way to eat them is to seperate the porotas to pieces and pour a mixture of normal and spicy salna, then mix it. And all of this costed only 566 rupees for 16 porotas and 3 chickrn wings. If you dine in the restaurant. You will get unlimited salna for the porotas. The dine in experience was pretty decent of you come from a middle class background. I personally don't mind but if you really judge the restaurant by its looks, then it is not for you. You can just take away your food. It would have been good if they had a swiggy/ Zomato delivery, it would have made things much better. I can just sit on my home and get the food delivered doorstep. We are cake your restaurant with family but your restaurant server manus was very irritating because one table is occupied 2 person only but they sit zig zag I call your server and intimate please arrange it we are waiting 6, members atleast 2 person sit here. At the time your server said don't tell if you need wait otherwise go with worst face expression. At a same time cashier and senior staffs also just watch and headdown. Hi All, I visited pothys last week and for lunch we decided to go Vairamaaligai. We visited their branch near Arch (near nelaiappar temple). We had a bad experience there. We are so hungry. First, its more crowded but its manageable. We got seated after 15 mins. We ordered chicken biriyani and veg fried rice. Food arrived 15 mins late in our table and waited another 10 mins for veg rice. People ordered later are getting food and not us. After continuous followup they gave the food. Food is good. But table management is not at all good. I am not sure about the other branches. But management please involve and correct this, else your service will get bad...
