Y NOT CAFE — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

One of the worst ever experience i had during the festival season at Y NOT (made me to think why not I didn't choose other hotels) . Though our order time was well at 8.10pm, water not served for nearly 40mins, no ketchup was served, most worrying part was starter items were cancelled due to delay in serving (waiting time 40mins), even after 40mins waiting main course food items were brought with limited quantity on the table and we were made to wait another 20mins. But their response was that it was just 1hr time we were waiting for food. It's shows their irritating behavior in front of kids(4 kids). It was even more irritating that other tables were billed on time. We waited until 9.25pm and later rushed to billing counter and cancelled the remaining items which were under preparations. This is horrible experience during the festival season running with limited staffs. Appreciate not to take any orders if you are not capable of doing food service. Additionally I prefer to go elsewhere restaurants rather than choosing Y NOT to avoid empty stomach after waiting...

I recently visited y not Cafe and had a pleasant experience overall and frankly speaking not expecting this dinner @ namakkal. The cafe has a nice ambience, offering a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The cleanliness was impressive, with the entire space well-maintained and inviting. and I noticed the fixed wooden seats&tables which are very comfortable.

In terms of pricing, y not Cafe is fairly average, making it a good spot if you're looking for something budget-friendly without compromising on quality. Seeraga samba chicken briyani,egg keema chicken, egg fried rice...and finally a falooda..all are good in taste with adequate quantity of course.

The service was polite and friendly.

Overall, y not Cafe is a nice spot with a good vibe, decent prices, and clean surroundings. I would recommend it for a laid-back visit. It’s definitely worth trying, especially for those looking for a comfortable place..thanks...

Am living in chennai... This place was one of the shocking experience for me...

The same place with this much Great AMBIENCE would have made us spend 4 times than what this cafe's pricing ! The interior and exterior are the most attractive ! Very cool seating space !

Really should have mention about the hygiene ! The pastries and desserts are made in front of you ( you can check the photos attached below ), which means they are absolutely transparent and sure enough of being hygiene !
