The staff were every arrogant and rude. I bought 2 items (idly & poori) to take to home. There were 2 guys making the parcel. Since it was Sunday, there was little rush. I got to wait for 20 minutes to issue my token to one of those 2 guys. After 10 minutes, that guy parcelled idlis and gone inside to get pooris. He did not come out even after 30 minutes. I was enquiring the other guy about the person who has gone inside. Unfortunately, the other guy wasn't at all listening to me and he continued making the parcel for the tokens he took. I was literally lost patience as it was almost an hour that I went there to bring 2 items. I rushed to the bill counter and showed my disappointment. I was really shocked to hear his response. He replied that, I should wait for some more time as there is a huge crowd. Having gone to some other hotel, I would have completed my breakfast much early. And it was all happened at 11:00 AM. I was literally hungry and pis*ed off with their rude behavior. They feel like they are the only guys who run the business.

I visit this hotel like almost 2-3 times a week and should say they got really nice breakfast & Chinese menu.
Definitely worth trying Poori, Gobi Rice, Sambar Idly.
The best thing is that, you'll be served first if you're for Dine In and the worst thing is they'll take massive amount of time even for Idly & Chapati for take away.
Seriously, why do you guys need so much time to parcel something which is already done.
My recent visit was for a take away and it took 30mins just to parcel 2 Chapati...LOL...make some efforts in parcels as well.

Within 30 mins parcel sambar got rotten. I told him to check internally to NOT serve to others like they served to me. But cashier busy in making money 💰
