Cafe food is good, Owners receivenes is also good, But the Manager who runs the cafe when owners are not there is “Worst” last week when I was sitting outside the cafe and having coffee one of the customer walked in with a huge Dog, the Dog is not even properly groomed & the Dog is roaming freely everywhere it even went inside the cafe it’s Fur is also all over the place when I was having a cookie the Dog even came close to me and smelled my plate, The manager who was accompanying the Guest didn’t even bother to change the plate, The dog sat inside the cafe while the customer is sitting inside I told the Manager that it’s Fur is all over the place & it’s not good if people consume it & such big dogs must be sitting outside.. the manager is very rude and his response was “He is a regular customer & even our owners are also pet lovers” I understand it, But there is a proper way to address the issue if the pets fur is all over the place & even on the food how can he expect people to consume it ? That too people are paying for the food, the dog went little further it jumped on me & even scratched me I was not upset, But atleast the dog should have been properly groomed & it’s saliva was everywhere I thought of taking a video & take Food safety Authorities… Just wanted to know such un hygienic conditions are allowed in food places ? As far as I know many big cafes won’t allow this, The manager even fed whip cream to the Dog & he is continuously outside In the Dogs and it’s owners Service… Don’t Understand what is so special with that particular owner… Just because the owners were good to me, I have left the...

Cafe 21 scores high on multiple aspects - the location, ambience, service and food. Kokapet is fast attracting casual and fine dining restaurants and this place really stands out on the food scene! When we walked in for dinner around 8:30pm on a Tuesday night, it was quiet and only one other table was occupied. We were promptly seated and orders taken.

We ordered their Hawaiian Pizza, Mac n' Cheese, French Fries with Peri Peri, along with a pot of freshly brewed Hibiscus Tea, a cup of Adrak Chai, a glass of Kiwi Lemonade and a glass of Pineapple Juice. The food was finger-licking good, the fries with peri peri was super crunchy and lip smacking! Everything tasted so good, and the drinks were really spot on.

The wait staff deserve special mention for ensuring a delightful dining experience for the patrons and their attention to the small things. Seeing as we were having problem with streaming a video, one of them promptly pointed out the QR code to scan for WiFi access. Kudos for the fast service too!
