I recently hosted a party for 60+ guests at your venue, and while there were some positives, there were also several areas that fell short of my expectations.

The food and atmosphere were definitely highlights - our guests enjoyed the cuisine and the ambiance was fitting for our celebration.

However, the service was disappointing. With a large group like ours, I expected more attention and support from the staff. Unfortunately, there was only one bartender assigned to our event, which led to long wait times and frustration for our guests.

Furthermore, it seemed that the staff was not adequately trained to handle large parties. They appeared overwhelmed, and it took multiple requests to get even the simplest tasks accomplished.

Lastly, the payment system was cumbersome and inefficient. It took an inordinate amount of time to settle the bill, ala carte and overall. You team was chasing people for payment when the party was still ongoing.
