The place is become very bad placed an order through the KFC app 1 hour before and after I reach the outlet the KOT is given inside and 40 minutes later I get food because other direct counter orders and zomato orders were being sent first and the food I recieved was removed from the heating cabinet and it didn't taste as before maybe too busy so less interested in direct orders

Last time I was personally called by the store manager and a refund was offered which I declined because I was not reviewing for the same.
But now 2 years later the place is become worse.
I was placing my order from kompally but since I was passing the outlet I thought why not it has been a long time since I had the bad experience but it has become even worse to my surprise.
I placed my order at 7:44 express pickup 7:51 I reach the place to find my name on the orders completed screen I let them know they ask for the ID I give it to them 125105 they are unable to find I keep letting them know the screen shows ready yet they make me wait for another 30 minutes to hand over an order which was completely different from what I ordered.
Wednesday boneless bucket regular 10pc bucket 3 burgers I received 3 ice cold burgers and 2 8pc buckets no dips ketchup nothing I tried calling the outlet to no use no one answered I left a complaint on the site and no response.
I think local outlets who are offering the same cuisine are way better in offering a way better service you should seriously consider the impact this outlet is having...

I'm a regular customer of KFC, especially at the Vikrampuri branch, but today's experience (Wednesday) was absolutely shocking and disappointing. Despite clearly requesting for properly sized boneless chicken strips, I was served with extremely small and flour-heavy pieces that barely had any meat in them.
The strips looked dark and over-fried, as if they were left in the oil for way too long. The quality was nowhere close to the KFC standard. After waiting for 25-30 minutes at the store, I received a box full of what looked like leftover scraps, not worth the βΉ385β400 I paid. This is not what I expect from a global brand like KFC.
Itβs disheartening to see how offers are used as an excuse to compromise on portion size and quality. What's worse is that the store staff, despite acknowledging my concern, still went ahead and packed whatever they pleased. This kind of behavior feels like a deliberate strategy β cheating loyal customers with subpar food under the guise of weekday deals.
I donβt want to blame individual employees, but KFC as a brand needs to reflect on such practices. If this continues, you'll surely lose more loyal customers like me. This experience has left me so disappointed that Iβve decided I will never visit KFC again. I hope my review makes someone at KFC realize the damage being done...

I recently visited this place, they're abiding by the regulations put into effect by the govt., like disinfecting customers & tables, not allowing symptomatic patients. Also, they're paying close attention to home-delivery items by maintaining a separate desk for it.
The quality of food remains to be the same, as it should be.
This is the first KFC outlet in Secunderabad, I've been here multiple times since 2008. When it started out, it was a lot more efficient with their service & food, and although they've tried to maintain that through all these years, they've not fully succeeded.
