When you call ur shop idli factory and don't know the difference between a normal idly and mallige idly what can I say, your menu explains it well not the dish. Don't cheat people, specifically people who know what's mallige idly is. I really don't understand why 3 idlys cost 205+tax and you don't mention it. Only while billing with the rude staff you have we get to know the reality that you people are worst as compared to road side vendors. Why say road side vendors are the best idly makers in India 🇮🇳. The food has always been good, and that is why whenever I pass through Shamshabad airport, I make it a point to have idlis, vadas and coffee there. The set up is well organized, but is now running on autopilot. The staff take advantage of it, and sometimes don't give out the items written in the bill properly. They try to reduce the number of idlis that are to be given in a plate and so on. Such a shame! Despite all the efforts put in by the proprietor.
