Krispy Kreme Doughnuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Telangana

We recently visited your establishment and were impressed with the quality of the donuts. They were truly delightful. However, our experience was significantly marred by the response we received when we requested a small glass of water for our 7-month-old child. Despite our polite request, the staff member we approached refused to provide the water. We even offered to pay for it upfront, anticipating any potential issues, but this offer was also declined.

Our child was clearly distressed and crying, and as any parent knows, it can be challenging to soothe a young child without something to drink. It was a deeply frustrating and disheartening experience, especially given the otherwise positive aspects of our visit.

We understand that there may be policies in place regarding the provision of complimentary items, but this situation involved a very young child in need. We believe a bit of compassion and flexibility in such circumstances is reasonable and expected.

We hope you will consider this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that future customers, especially those with young children, are treated with more understanding and empathy. I was travelling to tirupathi and tried donuts and filer coffee . Taste is ok , filter cofee is not traditional and bit thick , but ok . Donuts are good and fresh . One thing I don’t like they don’t accept Amex platinum . I spoke to Arvind the branch manager and understood its corp policy to accept master and visa only, thanks Aravind . My suggestion to corp is pls grow up guys . You store is inside a top international airport and you don’t accept Amex platinum is truth fully not good . Bought a Caramel Easter Dream doughnut for my daughter from the Network Bar next to gate no.20. The doughnut looked fine but the inside filling was sour and spoiled.
