Don't believe all those comments because you don't get an expected food with good taste and the service was very late. If you want to save your money please don't go there. I was eaten in another kritunga that food was very good but this is too bad. On 01st may 2024, i was ordered natu kodi biryani, but the piece was not fried properly, and i was given my review to them directly but they are supporting their staff but they didn't said any words like we improve our food taste. One more thing in this summer we expect a good AC in that type of restaurant . One family who are seated beside me they were asked staff for ac, but they tlod go and sit where you get the AC perfectly All the staff are affecting the kritunga value and...

The staff basically are not friendly. There's a variety of items available here on Menu but after ordering the received item doesn't match with the ordered one. We have ordered Gongura Veg Biryani and there's no hint of that tingy flavour that should be present in the dish. It tasted like normal Veg Biryani. We also have ordered Special Natukodi Biryani which is not as good as it should be. The piece is bland. One another starter we ordered was Kaju Pakodi, please don't order this. It is similar to haldiram crunchy peanuts and costly. The takeout experience was much better than dine in. Please have a discussion with the staff for exploring new items...

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Kritunga Restaurant in Karimnagar. The food quality was extremely poor — even roadside food tastes much better than what we were served here.

My friend and I visited for lunch and ordered Chicken Dum Biryani and Paneer Biryani. The food was served cold, lacked any spice or flavor, and the biryani literally looked and tasted like plain white rice. To make things worse, we found a piece of glass in the Chicken Biryani. Although the staff replaced the dish, the experience was already ruined.

Based on this incident, I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I would give it a...
