McDonald's — Restaurant in Telangana

Nice and hygienic place to eat at. The burgers are little bland with less Salt and spice, but the fries and icecream are my favourite. The place is maintained neat and seems to be hygienic, though am not sure about the kitchen and the area around the work station. The menu is pretty good with burgers, nuggets, french fries, soft drinks, icecreams, cakes etc. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available... In vegetarian you will get potato patty(aloo tikki) buger, cottage cheese ( paneer tikka) patty burgers, french fries, etc.... Where as in non-vegetarian options you'll have food items such as chicken tikki/chicken patty burgers, chicken nuggets, chicken wings, etc... Coming to sweet options.... You'll get soft drinks such as milkshakes, coke, sprite etc..., Icecreams, etc... I personally feel Mc Donald's is a good option to have bit of hygienic junk food, instead of having deep fried hunk food. Am not saying that we should eat here only, I do try lot of street food's, including deep fried item's. But when I feel like having lighter snacks or junk options.... I prefer McDonald's. The seating arrangements are also well maintained. The area is maintained neat and tidy in and around. The ambiance of the place is good and beautiful enough to hang around the place and get to experience that pleasant feeling. There is drive through area, where you can drive in and place orders to take away for eating. The place is wheel chair friendly. As there is a ramp for wheel chair access. Now, they have newly started home delivery too. You can check the app McDelivery regarding the same. Overall I feel it's a safer option to eat outside food and not get stomach upset in any...

Today We visited the McDonald’s Uppal outlet at Hyderabad. As expected, the ambiance was nice and the staff were courteous, though they didn’t seem very professional this time. Unfortunately, the overall food experience didn’t meet the usual McDonald’s standard I’ve enjoyed before. One of our online meal orders specifically included extra cheese, but it was missed — not a big issue, but definitely a point for improvement. Additionally, some counter-ordered items seemed to have been sitting for a while before being served, which affected the taste. Even the soft drinks didn’t feel as fresh or fizzy. This was honestly my first not-so-great experience at a McDonald’s outlet. Hope the management takes note and works on quicker service and attention to...

Today 22/07/2024 Horrible service at this McDonald's Narapally. I’ve been coming here for many months and never faced this issue before. But for the first time, I experienced a lot of inconvenience.

The new manager, Mr. Kranthi, is least bothered about the customers' concerns,. There is no proper communication with the customers, and I literally waited 40minutes to get my wings and Coke.

Please change your manager, Mr. Kranthi, or the unprofessional employees, or at least train them properly. Teach your employee, Ms. Poojitha, how to talk to customers.she’s been making faces and laughing making fun when I am talking to the manager about my concern…..this how unprofessional...
