Paradise Biryani — Restaurant in Telangana

SHAME ON YOU :- The most disrespectful place I ever dined in. The servers are so out of place. I have ordered there new firey boneless biriyani and starter. The starter that was supposed to be brought to us was sent to next table. They started arguing between themselves. But not bothered to inform us. It had been 20mins by now. Later the server came and lied to my face that the kebab that they were preparing is burnt and they are preparing again. Then I a hurry they brought a uncooked kebab. After 30mins.

The highlight came after this. They have given us bone biriyani and I was out of taught and started to eat. But when I remembered and asked why I was given different item server response was. " Sir I have given special for you as boneless biriyani is not available and also mentioned it's was made at same cost even though the briyani I have ordered and the one he brought is 60 cheaper. How arrogant you should be to change the coustomer order even without asking if they would like to change there order.

Memu meku better order icham ani sodhi cheyptharu. Point 2 na pakkana godavapadi order veyrey table ki veylindhi ani.. Mali Na dhagariki vachi order Mali cheysthunaru fresh ani sodhi cheyptharu.

SHAME ON YOU. PS: - I HATE BONE IN...

We were a group of 6 that went today to this joint. No doubt food was good and the Service was exceptional, however upon completion of our dinner I think the manager Mr. Venu ( may be along with the staff or without their knowledge tried to play a scam which we did not let happen)

At the beginning of our order itself we were told POS machine is out of service so only cash or upi will be accepted to which we reluctantly agreed.

After dinner the staff came up with the total on her mobile stating their billing unit is not functonal and they cannot provide the bill.

After informing them that it is not only wrong to do this but that they are legally obliged to provide an invoice (either soft copy or hard copy) the staff printed out the bill and when asked further told that their manager had earlier asked not to provide invoice to customers and apologized.

After loosing our trust now at this point we insisted that they bring the POS so that we can try our card as we no longer trust their word that the machine is broken. Voila, the card worked at first try itself.

Paradise management- request you to please look into this as this is not a great customer experience. Feel free to contact if you need...

Even though Paradise Biryani is famous only as a nonveg offering, we vegetarians are also a big fan of this Brand. The combo of veg biryani with Salan from Paradise Circle is an unbeatable experience. However, nothing of that sort you will find in this outlet. They dont have time sence nor quality understanding.

This outlet is the Worst one in their whole chain of shops. The paneer tikka was made up of spoiled paneer and it was half cooked and tasted horrible. The place is next to a Big Naala and it stinks all over inside n outside. They don't even have common sence to refrain from having a food outlet next to an open sewage line !

Anyways, few things to note :

Those who have stayed in the area would very well know where it is situated and how bad it stinks all over. They may not even go for a dine in. Those who are new in Manikonda and don't care about it's location, plz go for take aways.

The quality of food preparation is very low. Keep this in mind. It doesn't do any justice to the Paradise's Brand image in any way. Local outlets prepare better food in the same area with a more hygienic environment.
