Very much disappointed with the cake delivery. I expected it very grwat based on review but in actual the expereience is very bad of multiple reasons .... not got same design amcake which we ordered..they designed their own and didnt get confirmatiln from customer..more over they tried to change the design after complaint and completely the cake was very very bad position as the cream design are getting dissoved and change of design markings are shown..with this all drama ..it was a very late delivery..has to take same cake bcz there is no other choice at last momemt..i feel order a normal cake outside is best than this bakery paying spending more expensive for only a design..i didnt feel much quality even with tbe cake..even they usesmore synthaticcolors ehich is not good for health ..that we came to know after buying..so dont prefer...

I've purchased an almond butterscotch cake and it's taste is completely spoiled. I've called and explained the same and even went to the store. The store Manager didn't even have minimum courtesy to look into the taste and be apologetic. Instead he asked to take something like if he's doing a favour to us instead of correcting their mistake. I was furious and abused them as they're not listening to us at all. So, they asked to get out of the bakery.

I'd never ever buy anything here at such an arrogant and apathetic...

Such a waste bakery yesterday bought 1 black forest pastry and 1 butterscotch the butterscotch was with bad essence and black forest was very dry i gave a call to midland service he asked me to bring it so again I went along with pastries he just smelled it and he is saying it's good only what happened to it he was literally arguing with me why I will go from far away again Dear customer's it's my humble request plz do not purchase from this manikonda branch madhapur branch is the best and...
